Happy Earth Day winter’s bloomer’s! This month’s new moon coincides with Earth Day and we are so excited to celebrate it journaling, and reflecting with you all. As always, we have our new moon reflection questions down below. We also have another journaling prompt that is on this month’s theme of ORIGINS and PLANTING THE SEEDS.
Prompt: As you sit down to reflect, write, draw, sing, etc.. close your eyes and think of an adult/guardian figure who played a prominent role in your life (mother, father, auntie, grandfather, family friend etc..). What was their name? Where are they from? What is their story? Put down your thoughts however you desire and then think of that person’s guardian figure. How far back into your lineage can you go?
Questions:
☾ What are my intentions for the month ahead?
☾ What do I want to accomplish in the month ahead?
☾ What plans or ideas do I dream about?
☾ What new inspirations make me feel alive?
